OPTION 1: FLAT FEE SERVICES: Typical Range: $800–$1,800 (depending on case type and complexity). Flat fee services are ideal for clients who want predictable pricing, comprehensive support, and help preparing and filing all required court documents.

Best For:

· Divorce filings  

· Parenting plans or modifications 

· Child support establishment or modification

· Adequate cause motions 

· Temporary order motions

· Full sets of pleadings and complete document packages 

· Cases requiring communication with the opposing party or opposing counsel 

· Clients wanting structured help and a clear timeline

How Flat Fees Work: A flat fee covers the entire scope of work needed for your selected package, including: 

• Drafting, preparing, and filing all documents

• Assistance with scheduling hearings and understanding county-specific procedures 

• Reviewing all supportive evidence 

• Providing ongoing legal information and step-by-step guidance 

• Reasonable communication with the client, opposing party, or opposing counsel on your behalf 

(Clients are responsible for representing themselves in court.)

OPTION 2: PREPAID HOURLY SERVICES: My hourly Rate is $180 per hour. Perfect for clients who need targeted support, quick guidance, or help with only a few documents. You choose the time that fits your needs and budget.

Appointment Options: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes, 2 hours (Most clients book 1–2 hours.) During your prepaid hourly appointment, I can: 

• Review, draft, or revise documents 

• File documents electronically (when available) 

• Provide legal information and guidance 

• Answer questions about your case, process, and next steps

• All hourly work is completed live during your appointment. You choose the amount of time, and we accomplish as much as possible within your booked session.

Best For: Prepaid hourly services are best for clients who need help with just one or two documents or who have smaller projects, such as preparing a response to a motion, drafting proposed orders, or creating declarations. This option is also ideal for those looking for a budget-friendly, pay-as-you-go approach or for clients who simply need quick Q&A, clarification on court procedures, or guidance on next steps. It’s a flexible alternative when a flat-fee package is outside your price range, while still giving you direct, one-on-one support during your scheduled appointment.
